Tarot Celtic Cross Reading?

How are you supposed to read card number 2 in a Celtic cross spread? Should it be reversed or divinatory? My friends and I started doing tarot lately and just couldn't figure out how card number 2 was read because it was turned sideways. Any help would be wonderful! Thanks.
