Where is the power steering on a 2004 Mazda RX-8?

Power steering went out can't turn my wheel, can't find it anywhere, tried following the pully, nothing. Only thing I c is this contraption to the left of the alternator. Can't find anything to c if fluid is low or anything. I got fluid and this damn space car can't figure it out. Just had Mazda replace motor ugh can't do anything myself on this NEED HELP!!
