I am 37 weeks pregnant babies head eneaged pls some advice?

I have been in early labour since Sunday, I have only been getting contraptions in the mooring and daytime but I get them last night as well about 20 in a hour strong and tight I have seen my midwife babies head is engaged so just a waiting game people keep saying go for a walk but I am so tiered anyone else I. The same way as me ? Or any advice
