My egg drop idea for science!! Is it good?

Okay so we are gonna drop an egg in a contraption that has to be no more than 200 grams and from a one story stairwell . SO this is what i am gonna do. I ham gonna take 2 large ziplock bags and blow them up to as far as it would go. Then i am gonna put those two together and put 2 large rubber bands, one going horizontal and one going vertical , making the 2 bags sticfk together. Then im gonna put cotton in the middle where the egg is gonna be.. and THERE is my contraption.. Is it any good ? WILL IT WORK ? please give me your opinion on how u think of it. Oh yea its gonna be about a 20 meter drop !!!
