Looking to make a costume that will go with the Saw Movies...?

My fiance is going as the pig head or the puppet and I dont want to wear either of those so we were talking about maybe me going as a tortured victim but we need a contraption that wont make me terribly uncomfortable and something we can get around easy in...And I dont want to wear a mask I would rather wear makeup. Please give me some ideas.
