Is there something i could use to tighten the waistband of a skirt?

The waistband of a skirt i have is meant to sit on the waist and is loose. I would like it to be a little tighter and more fitted but dont want to do any sewing or permanently change the skirt itself. I was wondering if there are any contraptions that you can buy that make the waist smaller? Like a clip that clips the excess fabric together or something?
