How do I clean my Clear Care contact case?

Just purchased my first thing of Clear Care and I must say its AWESOME. But I was wondering how to clean the case after I put my contacts in. Do I just run hot tap water through the middle contraption that connects to the lid and rinse out the actual case and let air dry? Or do I just simply throw out the old solution and just let it air out like that.
