Are those people who report glimpsing the afterlife after being clinically dead just making that up?

I think some are made up in order to sell a book. I believe there is one story online that is true. Do a search on Howard Storm. He was a college professor who claims to have died and went to hell. It is an interesting story and I believe it is true because I have had some of the same dealing with Jesus/ God that he had.
