What would cause my truck to stumble or stall 10 seconds after take off?

when i get up in hte morning i crank my truck it rough idles a bit but never shuts off .. then i put it in reverse put it in drive nad take off and about 10 seconds later put put put put like when you car runs out of gas . then somethimes it completely shuts off .. after that i can stop at lights stop signs and it wont do it , it will run perfect . but if i cut it off and let it sit for 15 20 mins after starting it might do it again . I replaced air intake temp circut air filter ran seafoam 2 times in it . ran for pass codes nothing no light comes on . cant figure this one out . any help please
