Do a 1 minute plank every night and it's sure to get you there! Crunch's never did anything for me besides hurting my back but once I started planks I'm beginning to get the feminine outline but not like sick boyish abs. Once you increase your ab strength go to a minute and thirty seconds and so on. Also if they offer tai bo classes at your gym that's like the best investment ever. They help my abs a lot but it's a tough class!
