For the MVA test how do I reverse park a car?

I have a test coming up and for MVA I have to know paralell parking and 2 point turn which is basically back up into a space. Instead of doing a normal parking you would do at a supermarket, the reverse parking is getting your bumper where the front would go so your front is facing out and the bumper is facing the back. I need help on which direction to turn the wheel and other tips. Thanks
