Atheists, Christians, Muslims, etc. Does this sound believable in the slightest to you?

You have a problem with infinite regress. Except this time, it doesn't just apply to the god(s), as presumably the society that existed before our universe and formed us also operated by absolute moral and physical laws (which, from the sound of it, they manipulated to create our universe?). So for this to be coherent, you have to explain where this society before us came/where the laws initially came from, without there being an infinite number of prior causes.
